Empress Lana Puchta of Wawakana
Empress Lana Puchta is a highly regarded Wawakanise figure in history as the ruler of the Wawakana Empire from 1382 to 1459, in which they collapsed a few years later due to political and ethnic conflicts. Many historians recount her time in power as benevolent and, disregarding the ethnic squabbles, a time of peace and prosperity during a time that was known for mass hunger and poverty, and recovering from the Black Death which ended only a few decades before her rise to power.
Under her rule, the Wawakana Empire conquered Western Europe in 1393, remnants of the Persian Empire in 1404, and Northern (North) America in 1435.
After her death, the Empire fell due to poor management, corruption and ethnic tensions. However, her legacy would continue on with the establishment of Tsarist Wawakanatote until its own collapse in 1917.
